Una fonte del Wall Street Journal ha affermato che è iniziata la distribuzione dei devkit di Nintendo NX.
Possiamo quindi supporre che una presentazione della nuova console, di cui non si conosce ancora molto, si stia avvicinando.
Sembra però, stando a VG247.it, che NX sia composta da una console e da un dispositivo mobile utilizzabile anche in modo indipendente.
Tra gli altri rumor spicca anche il fatto che Nintendo stia puntando ad una potenza hardware in grado di competere con i rivali Sony e Microsoft.

The exact shape of the NX hardware isn’t yet clear. People familiar with the development plans said Nintendo would likely include both a console and at least one mobile unit that could either be used in conjunction with the console or taken on the road for separate use. They also said Nintendo would aim to put industry-leading chips in the NX devices, after criticism that the Wii U’s capabilities didn’t match those of competitors.
