Ensure PES 2019 is not being blocked by Windows Defender or Windows Firewall.
Windows 10
1. Open Windows Defender.
2. Go to the Firewall & Network Protection tab.
3. Open Advanced Settings.
4. Click on the Outbound Rules tab on the left side of the window.
5. Scroll down till you find Pro Evolution Soccer 2019.
6. Click the game in the list to highlight it.
7. Click Disable Rule on the right side of the screen.
Windows 7
1. Go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall.
2. Open Advanced Settings.

You can shift your transfer and salary budget.
What is the purpose?
After playing some seasons in ML your players are sometimes requiring a very high salary. This may put you in the situation after a few years of playing that you have a high transfer budget, but the salary budget is too low to extend the contracts with these players.
Usage:
- Create a backup of your current save file (e.g. "ML00000000")
- Start PES 2019, load your save file and go to: Manager's Office => Finance => Club Account Balance => note the value for "Player Salaries"
- Start ML Tool and load the same save file (this might take a while!). Your ML save file will be located in: "C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\KONAMI\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019\<SOME-ID>\save"
- Enter the value which you found in 2. and click on "Apply"
- Use the slider to shift the budget as you need
- In the current directory where this ML Tool is located a new file with the same name as the loaded save file will be created. This file needs to be moved to your save folder (see location above)
- Done
Required : Java JRE 8 is required to run this tool

Questo File Opzioni è creato su e per ps4. Non è importabile su XBox One e PC.

- Proseguire e selezionare Sovrascrivi immagini con lo stesso nome
- Selezionare Importa Squadra

- Attendete il trasferimento dei files
- Cambiare struttura Bundesliga (spoiler sotto)
- Uscire dalla modalità Modifica e salvare i dati
- Andare su Applica Aggiornamento Live (nel menù Extra, sotto Modifica)
- Selezionare Aggiorna rose squadra e OK
- Sovrascrivere i dati salvati
- (Se desiderato, eliminare i giocatori doppioni nella master. Guarda il post 2)
All'interno della cartella del FO v4, troverete una cartella con 5 screenshots per ordinare (facoltativamente, non è obbligatorio) le squadre in ordine alfabetico. Nel menu modifica, andate su Struttura Competizione, Europa, selezionate il campionato e spostate le squadre nell'ordine degli screenshots. Tutorial Installazione squadre: link Contenuti (novita')
- Creata la Bundesliga completa, con kit, impostazioni dettagliate e giocatori reali, con volti somiglianti ricreati con l'editor interno per la quasi totalità di essi.
- Aggiunte le terze divise in HD di Atletico Madrid e Manchester City, più correzioni per altre maglie.
- Corretti i nomi di tutti i giocatori del Brasileirao.
- Aggiunti centinaia di volti fatti tramite editor interno.
- Recuperato 11 leggende nelle squadre classics.
- Aggiunte impostazioni dettagliate (rivalità, striscioni, impostazioni stadio più realistiche) per tutte le squadre di Serie A, Premier League, LaLiga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Raffaisen Super League e SuperLiga
- Convocazioni reali per tutte le nazionali fake (Brasile, Serbia, Messico, ecc.), per un totale di 30 squadre.
- Aggiunte divise in HD per tutte le squadre di Premier League, Juventus, LaLiga, 6 tedesche, World ed European Classics
- Rinominati gli allenatori dI Serie A, Premier League, LaLiga, Ligue1.
- Aggiunti loghi e nomi reali a tutte le squadre di Premier League, Sky Bet Championship, Liga Santander e Juventus.

New gameplay patch for PES 2019 PC. You can feel the diffrence between this gameplay and vanilla version  Changelog 1.1.1 : - Tweaked shoots of CPU: more long shoots, more head shots, the right amount of low crosses (lessened them and more high cross when needed). - Tweaked some values in Top Player level so the game becomes more enjoyable for those who play Top Player (substantially for those who play Top Player the gameplay is the same with the same stuff but a bit easier but )
