How to Apply both
1)Apply Jb30.08.ppf to original unpatched dvdiso using ppf-omatic, (as you would for fernando’s translation patch.)
2)Then apply Jb30.08to1.09.ppf to the now patched iso.
3)Then burn iso slowly.
NOT for dvdrip (on cd) but ripkit works,but replace the slpm file in the resulting cdbin/iso with the patched dvd one after converting in hex editor to work for cd or use this->

New Contents- of JB30.8to1.9.rar
1)Removes corrupt New Player name translation 90% = ‘para_we8.bin’ file from above patch so NO player name translation-> if you want it install yourself or use my 1st patch only.
I advise you to just use a good option file or await a good ‘para_we8.bin’
2) Kits for some teams- mainly National ones.
Kit no’s-1,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,12,13,14,15,16,17,19,22,26,27,28,31,43,44,64,70,76
And a few others from Chris_UK’s kit patch.
Kits are there by default with memory card out, or you can make them default if using a option file with kits in game.
.....but with badges on eg England flag on Left side of chest, and this can't be removed ingame.
Clubs like Arsenal can have emblem removed,while National and Clubs which are licenced cannot!
So until a hex editor works on it, were stuck with Konami emblems for National and licenced club sides.

Note- Please feel free to add loads of kits to my patch and release it as an update since I'm all patched out for now!!!
and sorry for any errors in the kits but its a brain drainer adding them.

Its what I do...
because I'm away you must start my children and improve this patch!
A
1)open my patched data_j.afs with afsexplorer
2)extract file 'pl_uni.afs' and stick it on your hardrive in a new 'kit patching' folder
3)open the new graphic studio-
goto options settings-under other options untick the bottom 2
under inserting bitmaps II untick the bottom 2
under inserting bitmaps 1 untick the bottom 1
Now- load up the pl_uni.afs file

1)Open up a WE7i data_e/j.afs (eg from my old patch or Xpatch or whatever with good kits) with afsexplorer
2)extract file -150pl_auto_uni.afs and stick it on your hardrive in the new 'kit patching' folder
3)open the old graphic studio which works for we7i-
goto options settings-under other options untick the bottom 2
under inserting bitmaps II untick the bottom 2
under inserting bitmaps 1 untick the bottom 1
Now- load up the pl_uni.afs file

1) With the we8 pl_uni.afs open in graphic studio scan through the kits for the ones you want to replace.
2)Then from the we7i 150pl_auto_uni.afs in the old graphic studio extract the bmp for that teams kit into your 'kit patching' folder.... best rename the bmp to be the same as the we8 kits name.
3)Then load up that kits bmp to we8 pl_uni.afs open in new graphic studio.
Check transparencies are sorted...which they should be already with this method!
4)Before transfering the kit over make sure it is replacing a shirt with a similar collar situation eg with or without since we haven't the tools yet to sort this yet.
5)Once you have swopped all the kits needed,import the pl_uni.afs back into my patched data_j.afs with afsexplorer.
6)then make an afsexplorer kit patch- v.easy click patch button etc
