SharePlay avrà un limite di 1 ora
Come svelato alla Gamescom 2014, Sony introdurrà la funzione SharePlay con l'aggiornamento 2.0 di PS4. Si tratta di una feature molto interessante che permetterà di condividere un gioco online con un amico, Sony paragona questa funzionalità al passare virtualmente il pad.
Ovviamente per evitare che gli utenti abusino di questa caratteristica, permettendogli ad esempio di completare un gioco senza averlo acquistato, ci saranno delle limitazioni. Prima di tutto chi vorrà condividere un gioco con un amico deve possedere necessariamente di un abbonamento a Playstation Plus ed il giocatore invitato avrà un limite di 60 minuti per giocare. Da sottolineare il fatto che il giocatore invitato non sarà costretto ad avere un abbonamento Playstation Plus, a meno che non vorrà sfruttare le features online di un videogioco.
E' anche vero che se con un amico, condividi i contenuti invertendo le primarietà delle console, questa limitazione sparisce.
Provato sia con THE LAST OF US che con alcuni DLC di COD.
Io così dimezzo i costi...

Disponibile il firmware 1.76 per Playstation 4

Sony Computer Entertainment ha reso disponibile il firmware 1.76 per Playstation 4, del peso di circa 194 MB, che dovrebbe aumentare la stabilità della macchina durante l'utilizzo di alcune applicazioni.
Ricordiamo che la precedente versione del software di sistema offriva finalmente la possibilità di riprodurre i Blu Ray 3D, feature introdotta da tempo anche sulla precedente macchina della società, Playstation 3.
Inoltre, nella giornata di ieri, è stato rivelato che l'update 2.0 introdurrà il supporto ai temi.
Consigliamo ai nostri lettori di effettuare l'update il prima possibile.

Voglio il 2.0 con il caricamento dei video direttamente su YOUTUBE!
Ho letto però che i video dalla PS4 hanno un bitrate (non so cosa sia anche se lo immagino) troppo alto e che a caricarli "direttamente" su YT ci metterebbe una vita. Dicevano quindi che era meglio ridurre tale bitrate e poi caricarli da PC senza perdita significativa di qualità video. Confermate?
Lo so che è un fasciarsi la testa prima di essersela rotta (vedremo insomma se sarà effettivamente così)...ma se fosse vero, sarebbe un vero peccato...no? |

Ah ancora non c'è l'upload diretto su youtube? Mi sembrava di si, invece forse si trattava "solo" dell'ufficialità e che quindi prima o poi lo faranno.
Il bitrate più è alto e migliore sarà la qualità video. E chiaramente più è alto e più aumentano le dimensioni del file e quindi il tempo di upload. Non fa una piega ![[SM=x35375]](https://img.freeforumzone.it/upload/558771_250978_ahsisi.gif) ..

Il sito ufficiale inglese PlayStation ha catturato l'attenzione dei ragazzi di GamingBolt, nella sezione delle offerte di lavoro hanno infatti notato che la compagnia è alla ricerca di un "compatibility tester" per le feature del nuovo firmware, presumibilmente il 2.0 per PlayStation, che dovrebbe essere foriero di grandi novità. Altri dettagli non sono purtroppo presenti, ma è un'ulteriore conferma che il prossimo aggiornamento per la console Sony dovrebbe andare ben oltre ai canonici miglioramenti di stabilità.

L'ansia per il firmware 2.0 di Playstation 4 continua, un insider suggerisce che potrebbe uscire tra poco

Vi avevamo parlato giusto ieri dell'ansia generata dal firmware 2.0 per PlayStation 4, atteso in maniera spasmodica da qualche utente e aggravato da un equivoco sulla presenza dei temi dinamici, che a quanto pare non ci saranno in questo aggiornamento o almeno non sono garantiti.
Sony non sembra avere fretta nella gestione di un update tra i più importanti per la console, giustamente ci si mettono gli insider dell'industria a peggiorare le cose. Parliamo del famigerato Tidux, uno dei più accreditati, che ha comunicato in un intervento su Twitter che l'aggiornamento potrebbe uscire prima di DRIVECLUB, quindi in un arco tra oggi e l'8 ottobre. Avrà ragione?

comunque l'interfaccia della ps4 fa veramente vomitare per non parlare della lentezza, se vado a vedere gli amici on line devo aspettare quei 10 secondi con la rotellina che gira prima di vedere la lista di amici. |

Si tratta, afferma Dutton, del più grande aggiornamento software di PS4 mai rilasciato grazie all'introduzione della possibilità di condividere clip su YouTube e del supporto del Share Play.
Ricollegandoci alla notizia postata da Li4m, dubito esca entro domani, ma la fonte stavolta e' interna, quindi bisogna solo capire come interpretare quel "presto".

You may already know that PS4’s upcoming system software 2.00, codenamed Masamune, adds some big features including Share Play, YouTube support, and Themes – but the updates don’t end there. I have personally stated in past blog posts that we listen to our fans. PlayStation has heard gamers when they say they want more ways to find friends to play with, and more ways to personalize their PS4. With this update, we’ve added a Players You May Know tile, the ability to listen to your music while gaming, the option to change the look of your PS4 experience, and easier ways to sort and filter your library of content on PS4.
PS4 has been on sale for almost a year and we’re committed to improving the player experience in entirely new ways. As always, we welcome feedback as part of our ongoing effort to make PS4 the best place to play.
USB Music Player: PS4 owners can play their own music in the background while playing a game using USB Music Player*. After inserting a USB stick loaded with music into the PS4, a new option for USB Music Player will appear. Supported filename extensions include MP3, MP4, M4A, and 3GP.
Change colors: In addition to the ability to add a theme, PS4 owners can also change the background of the home screen from light blue to one of seven new colors: gold, blue, red, green, purple, pink, and gray.
Players You May Know: PS4 will now suggest players you may know in the ‘What’s New’ section, recommending gamers your friends frequently play with.
Enhancements to Live Broadcasting: Masamune brings a variety of improvements to live broadcasting on PS4. In the Live From PlayStation app, PS4 owners can now select a Featured channel, which includes official broadcasts from PlayStation, broadcasts from people on a players friend list, and any game channel that the player has followed. Additionally, Live From PlayStation now has filters for searching broadcasts on a specific game, as well as support for archived broadcasts.
Content Area and Library: PS4’s Content Area, which shows the latest games and apps a PS4 owner has used, has been redesigned to help make it easier to quickly find and access content. It now shows 15 of a player’s most used apps or games, and additional items will be added to a player’s Library. The Library on PS4 has improved filter and sort functions to help organize contented by type (game / app / TV & video), name (a – z or z – a), recently used, or install date.
Enhanced Voice Commands: The ability to control PS4 using voice has been improved. Players can now say ‘PlayStation’ to begin commands, and ‘All Commands,’ to see a list of all voice command options available. New voice commands were added for live broadcasting, including “Start broadcast,” “End broadcast,” and “Find face.”
Add To Library: The monthly free PlayStation Plus games will have an ‘Add to Library’ button in the PlayStation Store. This button will add a game to a PS4 owner’s library without downloading it – saving space on their hard drive.
Back Up Data: Data on PS4 can be backed up and resorted using USB storage. This will back up all data for the console, including settings, save data, screenshots, video clips, download data, and more.
PS Vita and PS TV – 3.35 update, Live From PlayStation
The PS Vita and PS TV systems will also receive a system software update to version 3.35 with the same timing as Masamune, adding four-player Remote Play support to PS TV. In addition, the Live from PlayStation app, which allows users to watch live gameplay streams from PS4 systems, will be available on both PS Vita and PS TV alongside this update.
PlayStation App 2.0 update
The PlayStation App for smartphones and tablets, available free on the App Store and Google Play, is also set to receive an update to version 2.0 within the same launch window as both the PS4 and PS Vita system software updates. This update provides a new layout for tablets, and the app’s home screen has been redesigned.
