At present there are a couple of issues that prevent this update going live tomorrow.
Firstly I'm not convinced the gameplay balance is good.
Secondly, there is a technical problem to have resolved on the server that will hold the db.
I'll update again when I have a date to communicate.
Meanwhile, here's one for the Mexicans to show the effect of the update for them.
