CD Projekt RED ha confermato che è ora possibile pre-caricare l'aggiornamento "Enhanced Edition" per la versione PC di The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. Su Thewitcher.com troverete il pacchetto che contiene gran parte dell'update, grande circa 10 GB; il 17 Aprile sarà poi possibile scaricare i file mancanti e avviare il gioco nella nuova edizione, che include due nuove quest principali, una nuova intro ed un nuovo finale, cutscene mai viste prime, e oltre 100 migliorie. La patch include inoltre tutti i precedenti DLC e upgrade, tra cui la modalità arena ed il tutorial esaustivo.
The Enhanced Edition will be available for Xbox and PC in almost a week, but many of our fans just can’t wait to play it. For all those, who want to start playing the new content as soon as possible we have prepared a pre-download option. You can start downloading most of the 10 GB update now and just add the remaining files on the 17th. This way you can start enjoying the 4 hours of additional gameplay, 35 minutes of new cinematics and other improvements the moment they are released. 2. Carefully read and follow the instructions in the pre-downloader.
3. Do not change the directory of the downloaded files until you update your game. Be sure that the additional files, you will download after the 17th of April will be saved in the same directory
